The issue of water quality raises specific concerns in today’s construction that HTH addresses with each home we build. Because the homes we build often include in-floor radiant heating systems, and always include energy-efficient appliances that are impacted by water quality (washing machines, dishwashers, etc.), HTH went in search of one user-friendly water treatment system that would meet these needs and provide low maintenance.

For years now we have installed a specific Whole House Water Purification System (pictured here), that meets all these needs. The system includes:

Step 1:

Step 2:

Step 3:

Step 4:

Step: 5

Step 6:

Step 7:

5-Micron, dual gradient particulate filter

MAZ filter

Carbon Block filter

High Intensity UV chamber

KDF Media filter

Anti-scalent/sequestering agent (polyphosphate)

1-Micron filter (absolute) particulate filter

In many municipal water supply applications, realistic useful filter life of 1-year can be expected, which makes this system very user-friendly. In fact, many of our customers report that they’re relieved not to be burdened with buying and adding salt on a regular basis – as is the case with many traditional water softening systems more common in today’s market.

And the cost of this system is comparable to the traditional water softener systems, but offers so much more in terms of water filtration and purification.
